The HEART Initiative is pleased to announce its inaugural Distinguished Speaker Series: Engineering Systems for People. This series brings leading experts to UW–Madison’s campus to explore how engineering can better design systems that work for and with people. Highlighted topics include advances in human-centered engineering and human–systems integration across technologies such as AI, robotics, and various other intelligent systems.
We hope this series will foster real world impacts across engineering domains and establish even broader interdisciplinary dialogue. With applications spanning energy, healthcare, manufacturing, national security, construction, and more, we welcome attendees from any specialty.
